that’s Yuen Biao, and i suspect the no-eyebrows guy is Yuen Wah. but there’s too many films they appeared in together.

Been busy at work, but I don’t have the slightest what that movie is.  Another for the to watch pile once it’s guessed though. 
Speaking of movies I saw because the were posted here, Long Arm of the Law was excellent.  Thanks for turning me on to it (I think it was Gozan)
