Wonder what you’ll make of Eureka? I would have said you’d get quite a bit out of it, though I think I’ve already proved I’m not that great at gauging your tastes.  cheese  Loved it myself, though. Koji Yakusho’s as reliable as ever, and Aoi Miyazaki makes me think she’s wasted on the likes of Nana.

Although I never buy Japanese editions anymore, I really wish this one wasn’t OOP. Supposedly the Artificial Eye transfer is very inferior—weak blacks, the sepia-toned image rendered in nearly B&W.

“Bad Lt” - New anamorphic re-release

“Drive-In Massacre” - Budget release.

“The Oblong Box”/“Scream and Scream Again” - Double bill release.

“Plan 9 from Outer Space” - ‘Rifftrax’ release.

“Kentucky Fried Movie” - Budget release.

“No Way to Treat a Lady” - Wonderful serial killer black comedy classic with a gloriously enjoyable turn by Rod Steiger.

“Dead Girl” - Clumsily crafted finale, but otherwise a very effective bit of bad taste nastiness.

“Gutterballs” - Unrated.  Full on exploitation funstuffs!  Excellent use of hardcore sex and graphic as hell deaths.

“The Lodger” - Hitchcock.

“Grindhouse” - Full double bill presentation with trailers.

“Sundown; The Vampire in Retreat” - AT LAST!!!!!! Bags of fun, stupendously underappreciated cult fave.

“Baby Juice Express” - Gangsters, hustlers, laughs ‘n’ sperm.

“Killing Car” _ Rollin.

“Babysitter Wanted” - Good stuff with a far fucking out twist!

“Satan’s Little Helper”

“Hand of Death” - Early Woo & Chan

“The Red Monks” - Fulci produced.

“Caligula : Imperial Edition” - Top class sleaze ‘n’ trash.
